Strength is improved by overloading a muscle group using a combination of resistance and repetitions that result in muscle fatigue. Inch-Bye-Inch Fitness Gym uses PACE hydraulic resistance machines. Hydraulic resistance adjusts to your individual speed or force, providing an effective workout with a minimum of impact on the joints. The resistance on our PACE machines is adjustable to add variety and additional resistance as you advance. Strength training is usually recommended at least twice a week.
